- “We’re number two! We’re number two!” U.S. News still exists (online) and does lots of rankings. They recently named Canada the second best country overall, just behind Germany. Canada received solid points for entrepreneurship, quality of life, and for being “open for business.”
- How are the country’s PhDs doing? It’s tough to say.
